On Sunday, the 15th of November, the Albany High Swim and Dive Team will be hosting a food drive. All of the food collected will go directly to the Southend Children’s Cafe, a local community center in the south end of Albany. The Southend Children’s Cafe provides free healthy meals, homework assistance, and other enrichment programs in order to help fight food insecurity and provide academic success. 

If you want to support your local community come down to support the food drive! You can drop off a bag of food in the back parking lot of Albany High School off Main street from 1-3pm. Any type of food will be greatly appreciated, fresh fruits and veggies are ideal but anything you can donate would be amazing!

All social distancing measures will be put in place in order to keep everyone safe. During these trying times, anything you can do to give back to the community is greatly appreciated! Come out to support the food drive and the swim team this Sunday!
