Hello everyone! I just wanted to start off by saying thank you. Thank you for everything. Thank you to anyone who reads this. Thank you to our readers, and to our writers. Thank you to my writing role model, Sasha, the newspaper will forever remind me of you. Thank you to Mr. Dring for the support, encouragement, and advice throughout this journey so far. Thank you to our readers for reading our articles, and the people who stop me in public to say they read everything I write (you made me cry Mrs. O’Neill). Thank you to my parents for their continued support in my insane extracurricular schedule.

Thank you to my amazing staff of talented writers who made my job so much easier. I am so proud of each and every one of you, as your editor, and fellow human, seeing you grow into journalists this year was incredible. Thank you to just everyone. I’m so very thankful to say this is not my final goodbye. I am a sophomore, which means that hopefully we will be seeing a lot more of each other over the next couple of years. This paper is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, a freshman year rash decision coming in clutch and being the reason I am here in this position today. I would be a different person without the lessons I’ve learned from this experience. I’ve been so blessed to have such a smooth journey so far, and I just have so many ideas. I can’t wait to see where this all goes and I thank you, each and every one of you for your role in this journey. So, thank you, and I’ll see you on the flip side.

-With all my gratitude, Arianna Costello, Editor-in-Chief
