Apple attempts to remind people why they fell in love with their overpriced simplistically designed devices in the first place, by releasing the iPhone SE, which is basically an iPhone 5s but not really, because Apple says its ‘special’.

The device has a 4” inch screen and comes in two available storage capacities, 16GB and 64GB, which leaves almost no room for tough decisions, because many iPhone owners have encountered the horrific ‘storage is almost full’ message which leaves many with the dilemma to either delete more photos or delete the Bible app.

The iPhone SE looks like an old iPhone. The SE is an iPhone 5 with the capability of an iPhone 6, but instead of Apple calling it an iPhone 6S Mini, which it is, they’ve decided to name it as if it’s a completely different device than their previous devices, when in fact it has all the same features as previous iPhones.  Sounds boring, huh?  It basically is. Like many may believe, this isn’t a phone to show off to your friends.  The SE is just a place holder.

The iPhone SE isn’t “The New iPhone.” In fact, the SE is simply here to gain minimum hype. Meanwhile, when the rumored iPhone 7 is released, Apple knows that consumers will be more than excited to see that the SE isn’t all Apple has to offer. This, SE — Special Edition, Stupid Edition, Small Edition, whatever you decided to call it — is really just an iPhone 6S Mini.

No one seems to realize that, which is actually an impressive. Apple has finally made all three phone sizes run equally well. This gives users a chance to choose a phone with the same capability and capacity, in three different sizes based on comfort. Though on the other hand people are still paying the same price for the SE, a smaller phone, which they will most likely pay for Apple’s iPhone 7 months later.

Apple has managed to give iPhone users exactly what they wanted, while not giving them all they wanted, and charging the same price, like they always do. And like always, people are buying into it and loving it.
